The project manager can specify which users receive automated alerts and those users can be contacted and reminded if they have missed a deadline or if action is required.

What’s more, other users can be notified. Levels of alert can be set so that senior project managers are only alerted when a significant risk is identified and vice versa. This ensures the right people are notified at the right time.
