Will Sypro ensure that the team complies with the requirements of the NEC contract?

Sypro focuses on the Early Warning and Compensation Event processes i.e. the more complex business processes within the NEC. Other areas such as programme management will need to be managed separately.

Is Sypro compatible with NEC2 & NEC3?

Yes, different releases are available for each of the forms of contract.

Does Sypro provide executive reports?

Yes, a key feature of Sypro is the provision of visual reports that may be printed or viewed online. These provide automatic graphical summaries of the project covering:

• the risk profile
• the status of Early Warnings & Compensation Events
• outturn cost & time

Can Sypro provide updates whilst I am away from my computer?

Sypro is a web-based application, any user additions, amendments etc. are available in real-time. Sypro has the added functionality of sending email and text alerts/ updates. This enables you to keep in touch with the project whilst away from you computer.

Is all of the information backed up/ secure?

Security is provided by several layers of passwords. Sypro is hosted on a secure server with an industry standard backup service included.
